Gazella Tourism is embarking on a journey into the depths of human faces with their sixth book; ‘The Story of Faces’.
Social Responsibility Project related to ‘The Story of Faces’
This book is dedicated to the social responsibility project for 30 diabetic children, which Gazella Tourism carried out in July 2024 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Abdullah Bereket, one of Turkey’s leading pediatric endocrinologists, specializing in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes at the Child Endocrinology and Diabetes Association of Marmara University Faculty of Medicine.
In July 2024, Gazella donated sensors that continuously measure blood sugar for 30 financially disadvantaged children for a year. With these sensors, which are digital treatment support for young children who cannot express themselves and are not aware of the changes related to diabetes, we have helped to increase the quality of life of these children and their families.
Content of the book; ‘The Story of Faces’
In this book, you will discover the story behind each type of expression in one’s face, as separate titles such as serious faces, working faces, colorful faces, tired faces, happy faces, shy faces, tough faces, children faces and tattooed faces will reflect a different moment, emotion in life.
12-14 photographs will be selected for each subheading and these photographs donated by photographers from all over Turkey, and internationally will be meticulously prepared in a way that the human element covers the majority of the photograph.

We will require a signed consent form per participant to be able to publish the donated photos including the photographer’s name and details accordingly, this will be shared once participation has been confirmed.

Our book will be in vertical format. Accordingly, the photos sent must be vertical frames. The photos must be portraits of people and preferably close-up portraits.
